TIPS FOR SELLING YOUR HOUSE
  1. Keep the house and lawns well maintained, keep weeds under control and ensure the Front door is freshly painted.
  2. Spring clean the entire house. Touch up any paint work.
  3. Repair sticking doors and closets, fix dripping taps and faulty wiring.
  4. Make sure the bathroom is spotlessly clean, with fresh towels on display.
  5. Keep pets out of the way.
  6. Healthy plants look very attractive and can be used to good effect.
  7. Storage space is all important, so keep all cupboards and attic spaces clear of clutter.
  8. Keep the volume of the t.v and stereo to a minimum.
  9. Make sure the house is warm and cosy during the winter months and bright and airy in the summer.
  10. Keep all curtains open to allow light for day time viewings, and switch on lights at night time - inside and out, for evening viewings.
  11. Be careful when it comes to personal safety in your house. Slippery rugs, kids toys etc. should be kept out of harms way.
