From 1st January 2009 every dwelling regardless of its age when being sold or rented will have to have a Building Energy Rating (BER) Certificate prior to being offered for sale or rent.  

Both Maura and Sharon from this office are trained and certified in Building Energy Rating assessments (BER) and can advise our clients to ensure their properties are compliant with all BER legislation.  This has been made possible by combining our expertise with that of an experienced BER Assessment company based in Carlow who have a significant number of assessments already completed.  Together we offer as efficient and cost effective a service as possible to our clients. 

We will ensure that the correct Certificate is in place so that there is no delay in placing your property for sale. In addition to BERs, our Assessment partner can also offer air tightness testing and thermal imaging
