Landlord Disclaimer
While we in Carlow Property Management make every possible effort to ensure all tenancies are set up to run as smoothly and as profitable as possible for owners, we cannot be held responsible in any way for any loss of rent or damage to property suffered by the Landlord, caused by tenants introduced by us.
Tenant Disclaimer
While we sign the lease on behalf of the Landlord, we take no responsibility for the actions of the Landlord in relation to the tenancy or the return of the deposit, whether we manage the property or not. The Deposit received is the property of the Landlord and is immediately forwarded to him/her by us as his /her agent. At the end of your lease the property will be inspected and if no damage has occurred and all rents and bills have been paid in full, it is the Landlord who refunds the deposit or authorizes us as his agents to refund the deposit
However we try to ensure that all tenants are treated in accordance
with the terms and conditions of the lease agreement, and the regulations
of the P.R.T.B., we cannot guarantee that this will always be the
case as we are subject to the instructions of the Landlord. However,
because of the protection of this legislation, tenants have recourse
to PRTB mediation assistance even if the Landlord fails to register
the tenancy. See; www.prtb.ie/disputes.htm
We ensure that the P.R.T.B. forms are filled out by tenants and ourselves (as agents). This form is the responsibility of the Landlord to register. You should be notified by the P.R.T.B. in writing within six weeks of this date of the registration of your tenancy.
