If you would like to rent a house or an apartment there are a number of documents we will require in order for us to successfully complete a closing on your behalf.

Requirements List For New Tenants.

• A (written) reference from a previous landlord.
• A (written) reference from an employer.
• Photo I.D. we can take a copy of Passport / Driving Licence.
• PPS Number
• Confirmation from an accountant if self employed.
• Guarantee form signed by parent or guardian if under 21
• Photocopy of standing order set up for payment of rent
• One months rent + 25% as deposit-(payable first €200 holding deposit( non-refundable) remainder due on the day you want to move in)
• The first month/week in advance whichever is agreed to pay.
