Maura is originally from Kilkenny
but considers herself an adopted Carlow person having lived
in Carlow since 1979.
In Carlow Maura is well known from
her days as a professional swimming teacher with countless
schools in Co. Carlow and surrounds and from her involvement
with the Irish Water Safety Association nationally.
Maura is a founder director of
CPM and holds a Certificate in Auctioneering and Estate Agency
from I.P.A.V (Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers)
and an Honours Degree in Psychology from the National University
of Ireland, Maynooth
Originally from the Askea area
of Carlow town, Sharon now lives in Tinryland and has been
a member of the Carlow Property Management team since February
2004.
She has an extensive experience
in sales and marketing. Professionally she holds a Certificate
in Auctioneering and Estate Agency from I.P.A.V (Institute
of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers)
A typical Taurean, Sharon is described
as being even-tempered, reliable, realistic, patient, persistent
and the most grounded sign of the zodiac. That’s our
Sharon to a T!!
She's the "mad" one of the bunch,
always the life and soul of the party !
Eleanor studied tourism in college
and worked at Dublin Airport. Great with money she worked
in credit control in the Eircom credit union in Dawson St.
Dublin before jetting off to Oz to work in the Visa card dept
of the Bank of Queensland.
Now settled back in Carlow, she
has been with Carlow Property Management since June 2005.
Eleanor is much valued as one of the CPM teams property managers
and is a director of the business.
From Palatine Co. Carlow, Caroline is our latest
team member, having joined CPM in 2006. With a background
in computers and reception skills, Caroline is now enjoying
her role as a Property Manager which takes her out of the
office for much of the day.
When not out sorting out Carlow's
prime properties, she helps Edwina man Reception. Caroline
is the meticulous one of the bunch with no T going uncrossed
and no I un-dotted!
Edwina’s experience, capability and responsibility
is considerable. She holds the position of Client Accounts
Manager and is responsible for monitoring and updating Landlords
accounts, reporting to relevant property managers, manning
reception & taking diary appointments.
Edwina joined Carlow Property Management
in September 2004 and is the office techie-whizkid, always
figuring out how things work !
